The almost meaningless JD Power Surveys are starting to look better and better for Mercedes-Benz, as the Germans hit a new high in a dealership satisfaction survey that took place in the UK.
After 13,511 interviews with car owners of 27 different automotive brands, Mercedes-Benz Retailers have been awarded fourth spot in the annual JD Power Dealer Satisfaction Survey with What Car? Magazine.
Based on a predetermined set of questions judging a wide array of criteria - from value for money and the overall behavior of staff to the efficiency of the booking process, the quality experienced inside the facilities and of the work being done – it is apparently the most detailed survey of its kind.
