Mercedes-Benz Teases Luxury Yacht

With the 2014 S-Class almost in dealerships and a new Pullman version underway, Mercedes-Benz is aiming at an even more luxurious market with the “Silver Arrow of the Seas”.
As you might have already guessed, we’re talking about a yacht. A 14 meter (46 foot) long yacht that will be introduced at the Monaco (where else?!) Yacht Show in September. Designed with the familiar styling features found on the the company’s passenger cars, the “Silver Arrow of the Seas” will debut “innovations that were previously unknown in the boatbuilding industry”.

“The aim is to transfer Mercedes-Benz's unmistakable, progressive design idiom and high standards of luxury and aesthetics to other spheres of life. All the products designed by Mercedes-Benz Style excel with the dynamic and avant-garde design that is a hallmark of the brand, uncompromising quality and the choice of fine materials finished to perfection,” Mercedes-Benz said in a statement.

Few details have been revealed, but we expect this state-of-the-art yacht to be mind-blowing. Pricing has yet to be announced, but for some reason we think it’s better this way...
