Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, the Most Anticipated Frankfurt Premiere, Poll Reveals

Before departing for Frankfurt we wanted to see your opinion on what was this year's most expected premiere. While not all of our poll's options were present at the show, even though they were supposed to, there were still quite a lot of premieres.

Without further ado, let's take a look at what you considered the most important presences at the show. With 17% of all the votes, the first place is occupied by Mercedes-Benz's SLS AMG model with its gullwing design. At the other end of the price spectrum stands the Dacia Kanjara, with 14%. Unfortunately, this model was not showcased at Frankfurt. Still, it's a testimony of the low-cost brand's popularity.

Going back to premium, Bugatti's latest Bordeaux model, now known as the 16C Galibier, took the third place with 13%. This one was shown to curious eyes, but only to a select bunch, the press not being invited.

Another highly expected, yet also missing premiere, was the Alfa Romeo Milano. This one was voted by 11% of the poll's respondents.

Standing just a little under the 10% threshold is the newest Saab model, the 9-5. Apparently, the Swedish manufacturer still has something to offer to its faithful followers.

Another Mercedes presence some of you wanted to see at the show was the E-Klasse Cabrio, but the Germans had a different agenda, as they didn't bring it along.

The last two options with at least 5% of the votes were the Peugeot RCZ and the Citroen DS3.

If you are a poll fan and want to express your opinion in any possible matter, be sure to check out our homepage (left side, after a bit of scrolling down) for the latest debate. With the Frankfurt auto show still fresh in our minds, we're curious to find out the concept with the most chances of making it to production.
