Mercedes used this year’s Detroit Motor Show to give the world a new generation of the SL roadster, the R231, continuing the story with the release of the AMG version at the Geneva Motor Show, but this doesn’t mean that the now-replaced generation doesn’t receive attention anymore, especially when we’re talking about the tuning market.
The latest example that demonstrates this comes from US developer Savini Forged Wheels, which has recently played with the R320 facelift.
A black example of the car was fitted with a set of three-piece Balck di Forza rims that use a split five-spoke design. The rims use a chrome black finish that matches the color of the car’s body and come in a 20-inch size for both axles (the front gets 20x9, while the rear receives 20x11).
