Mercedes-Benz has released a new video that previews the 2014 GLA crossover, a vehicle scheduled to make its global debut in production form at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show next month.
As you might expect, the Germans were careful enough to avoid revealing too much of the car’s design in the video, but it’s a good start in a long month of teasers after yesterday’s sketches, which, between you and us, were basically useless as they were depicting the concept unwrapped in Shanghai earlier this year.
The 2014 Mercedes-Benz GLA will be based on the company’s MFA platform, which also underpins the A-Class, B-Class and CLA models. The crossover is expected to go on sale by the end of the year.
Stick around for more details and teasers, because there will be plenty of them, and don’t forger to check out our newly-released Mercedes-Benz blog.
