From quite a few years now, Mercedes-Benz has accustomed everyone with offering an Edition 1 version of pretty much every new model they release.
This time it's the GLA's turn, which will only receive the optional package for a limited time of 12 months, as it was the case with all the other similar examples in the Mercedes-Benz stable.
The package can be fitted in conjunction with any GLA model except ones that have the AMG-line trim, but what is different about it is the fact that it's customizable in terms of exterior paint.
GLA Edition 1 clients can choose between four exterior colors – Cirrus White (pictured), Orient Brown Metallic, Mountain Grey Metallic and Designo Magno Mountingrau.
The extra EUR6,307 that you must pay for the special package also brings you 19-inch AMG light-alloy wheels, bi-xenon headlights, aluminium roof rails, a flat-bottomed steering wheel with three spokes and engulfed in leather, comfort seats, aluminium trimming on the dashboard and door interior and a set of stainless steel sports pedals.
