Sure, we might be talking about a pair of hyperpowered SUVs, but the two are far from playing in the same league, whether we're talking size, luxury or price.

Nevertheless, the piece of Green Hell footage below shows the Affalterbach crossover deciding to take on the high-riding Crewe model.

As in one of those wildlife videos that see predators mistaking dangerous animals for prey, the GLC63 Coupe bit more than it could chew. That's because the Bentayga was flying from one rumble-strip to the other, so the Merc just couldn't get past, no matter how hard the test driver behind the wheel tried to achieve such a goal.

A brief check with the DVLA (the UK's Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) reveals that we're looking at a V8-animated Bentayga. Strangely, while the mill under the hood of the Bentley comes with a displacement of 3,956cc, which would indicate that we're dealing with the VW Group's V8 diesel, the DVLA listing mentions "petrol" as the fuel type of the vehicle we're talking about.

Since the upcoming gas-powered Bentayga should borrow the 3,993cc twin-turbo V8 that animates various Bentley and Audi models, we're expecting this to be an error in the British agency's system.

So we're probably looking at a compact Mercedes-AMG SUV with either 476 or 510 hp (this is the output of the S model doing its best to pass a 435 hp Bentley oil burner on a circuit that can easily give supercars a hard time. Now this is what we call entertainment!

P.S.: If you happen to be in a hurry, you should know that the behemoth chase can be found at the 0:30 point of the clip.
