American and Russian dashcams alike have proven just how useful they can be in the fight with other motorists and, sometimes, the authorities. However, we mustn’t overlook these devices’ advantages when we take our beloved rides into for a service.
Today we have the shocking story of a service employee who seems to hate the Porsche 911 just as much as Jeremy Clarkson. It all took place at Grismer Tire and Auto Service in Columbus, Ohio, where a customer had brought in his 996 Turbo for what should’ve been a simple wheel alignment job.

The 911 had been gifted with a dashcam, which the employee we are talking about didn’t even care about. The device did its job, recording the man’s hate-fuelled attitude towards the Porsche and his driver. You should also be prepared for some employer-aimed hate here.

The guy thought that since he was going to aligns the wheels, we might as well take the car into the shop by driving it on the grass. Looks like somebody got the wrong meaning of “grassroots motorsport”.

A colleague asks the man what he thinks about the Porsche, with the man replying in pure test drive manner by stating he doesn’t like it. With a curse towards “the dealer”, the guy says the company charges US$300 for such a job and even has a suggestion for the customer. His dream is to be the hero that goes out there and tells the owner “no” or “f*#k off”.

Somebody clearly needs to have their attitude... aligned.
