Meanwhile in Russia: Reversing Fail

Seeing a Lada on the road in Russia usually means that you’re dealing with a driver with plenty of... road experience and not a lot of money. The design of this car dates back to a time when not all Russian small cities had traffic light.
The handling is atrocious, the top speed is amusing at best and the styling is inspired by the hammer and the cycle. However, there’s one thing that you can’t take away from the trusty old Lada, and that is its reliability. We’ve head of people mending a drive belt with chicken wire and a pair of socks.

Even the damage caused by this light but amusing accident can probably be mended by a guy you pay 10 rubles and a bottle of vodka. Meanwhile, the SUV drive is looking at a pretty big bill for his lack of driving skill.
