The McLaren Mp4-12C has recently been in the spotlights, but not always for good reasons. All that has been put behind now, since the car has had some software issues that have been solved, with McLaren recently resuming deliveries, which has been halted due to the problems. In addition to that, the EPA concluded that the supercar can avoid the gas guzzler tax, which means that when it enters the US market early next year, it will also come with some unexpected green credentials.
Since the car is so targeted (not that it would need any reason to be anyway), we were thinking that it would be nice to be able to meet one. Our dream became reality when some of our editors, which has gone very far from home for a test drive, encountered an example of the MP4-12C waiting patiently for its owner in a residential area in Bucharest, Romania.
