McLaren 675LT Chasing Porsche 911 GT3 RS PDK on Nurburgring Is a Supercar Dream

When a McLaren 675 Longtail and a Porche 911 GT3 RS PDK come out to play, we can't help but pay attention to their adventure, especially if this takes place on the Green Hell.

And this is precisely what the piece of footage at the bottom of the page brings, with the clip showing two friends stretching the mechanical legs of their supercars on the Nurburgring.

Now, before we move further, we have to explain the clip does have a few shortcomings. First of all, these beasts aren't pushed to their limits, with these owners willing to keep their machines in one piece above all else.

Then there's the video itself, whose flaws are explained by the driver of the Woking machine, who also uploaded the video: "Having a bit of fun around the Ring with a good friend in his spanking new 991 GT3 RS. Unfortunately, the GoPro stopped recording due to overheating towards the end of the lap. Also the external mic was noisy for some unknown reason. But I think you get the idea,"

When asked about the reason for which he took the easy route around the Carousel, the man said the LT scraps on the inside, also reminding everybody the front splitter is around 30 grand to replace - that's what happens when the chin of your supercar is made of carbon fiber.

Speaking of these two track-savvy heroes getting together, we'll remind you that we still don't have a Green Hell time for this Mac. As for the Rennsport Neunelfer, the Zuffenhausen bad boy can lap the Ring in 7:20.

Nevertheless, it's obvious that the 675LT can outgun the GT3 RS on the Nurburgring and we're not talking about the way in which these two drivers behave here.

P.S.: If you're looking for episodes involving at least one of these circuit specials not being babied, perhaps this GT3 RS drifting adventure can help.
