They say we should get into the holiday spirit once Christmas approaches. For some, that means going to church more often or buying sweaters with Rudolph the reindeer. But for us, it's usually about buying those car parts for 20% off.
While the missus slaves over the latest recipe for a pig roast, you install a supercharger for the Miata or a performance exhaust on the GTI. It wouldn't hurt to have a sexy brunette dressed as one of Santa's helpers right there next to you.
But that only happens in adult movies or if you pay her, both of which are things your SO won't appreciate.
Fortunately, wives aren't allowed at the Mcchip-DKR SoftwarePerformance tuning shop. While everybody else is busy setting up their stands at the 2015 Essen Motor Show, Mcchip-DKR organized a Christmas photo shoot to showcase the monstrous Audi R8 Mc800, Porsche 991 Turbo S, BMW M235i, and other toys.
What, Christmas isn't until December? Doesn't matter; we'll make our own Christmas with hot women, the smell of gasoline, and superchargers. Models are cheaper to hire in November anyway!
Having drooled over some of these teaser photos, we can't wait for the full photo shoot to be ready. However, we can't let you guys run off in search of a KW suspension kit before talking a little bit about that R8.
Baptized Projekt Potter & Rich Recon MC8 V10 FSI Supercharged, it's equipped with a 5.2-liter engine that now puts out over 850 horsepower at the crank. It's designed to be like a race car for the road and comes with a full carbon fiber aero body kit, racing brakes from Brembo, adjustable suspension from KW, Capristo exhaust, and many more. It even has a race-spec fire extinguisher system designed to put out raging blazes.
The body kit is not just for show, borrowed directly from the R8 GT3 LMS race car that Audi used to produce. It includes an oversized rear wing and much lower bumpers.
