Mazda recently introduced the MyMazda App, an iPhone application that allows drivers to check up on their cars’ maintenance schedule, service history and also to request roadside assistance.
The app is connected to Mazda’s Digital Service Records (DSR) – which records all service events for Mazda vehicles on a central database. Thus, drivers can use intelligent functions and automatically receive service reminders or get directions to the closest Mazda dealership.
“The new App is another opportunity for us to demonstrate our excellent customer service. It is easy to register and simple to use, providing key facts about the owner’s vehicle at the touch of a button,” said David Wilson-Green, Aftersales Director, Mazda Motors UK.
The MyMazda App, which also works according to the owner’s driving pattern, is available to download free of charge by visiting the iTunes store or the Android Playstore.
