For those that follow soccer, you probably know that one of France's best soccer teams, Olympique Lyon had a recent match with Romanian team Steaua Bucharest in the Champions League. The French weren't very accustomed to the Romanians and so they decided to do a Google check on Steaua Bucharest.
The funniest thing they've uncovered, as French site Turbo.fr noticed, was a clip showing the owner of the mentioned football club, a proud owner of a Maybach, trying to fix a big ding in his car with a crowbar.
Normally, football club owners are very rich people who don't do anything themselves, not even go to the bathroom, but this particular owner, by his name Gigi Becali, big shot real estator in Bucharest, was more of a “hands on” kinda guy.
The French site presented the video and asked its visitors to vote for a weekly top with the most stupid people doing stupid things with cars. Naturally, the sight of a seemingly not very bright bloke trying to pry pen the door of his Maybach with a crowbar seemed to appeal to people, who promptly voted him “Cretaine du la Semaine” - which basically translates too “Idiot of the week”.
The man was probably trying to bend the tore metal on the door hinge in order to be able to open the door, but it would have been probably a better idea to get in on the other side. Regardless, the video caused a lot of fun to the French audiences, who voted this clip as a winner in favor of another clip with another man that got injured after falling from his off-roader's hood in a failed stunt attempt.
