The latest child of the tuning world has been born from a marriage between an American parent and an European one. The British tuner MaxPower has developed a modification package for the Chrysler 300C sedan, with the kit targeting the exterior of the vehicle and offering a new exhaust system.
The tuning package includes a new front grille, which features five horizontal bars, a front bumper add-on that comes with additional air intakes and new front fenders incorporating air outlets, which are located behind the wheel cutout.
The modification kit also comes with new side skirts, a rear window spoiler, a discreet spoiler lip and a sport exhaust system.
The MaxPower Chrysler 300C rides on generously-sized rims that come with a two-tone finish, having a black center and a aluminum polished outer wheel rim.
The Chrysler 300C has an engine range that lets customers choose between six units. This is comprised of four petrol engines and a diesel unit. The smallest gasoline powerplant is a 2.7 liter V6 developing 194 hp and a maximum torque of 190 lb-ft. This is followed by a 3.5 liter V6 that offers 223 hp and 250 lb-ft of torque.
The next unit is a 5.7 liter V8 that delivers 340 hp and a maximum torque of 387 lb-ft. The top-of the range version carries the SRT8 badge and comes with a 6.1 liter Hemi V8 that produces 421 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque. Those who prefer diesel can choose opt for the model equipped with the 3.0 liter V6 that delivers 218 hp and 376 lb-ft of torque.
