Mercedes and BMW have both worked long and hard and created matte or semi-matte pant finishes that are factory-offered. Even though they have ambitions to be the biggest in the premium market, Audi have no such results to show.
However there’s still the aftermarket wrap industry to consider, and this Audi A5 has been targeted with a matte bronze finish. Sitting in the valet parking lot at the Mall of Emirates, it’s quite obviously been fitted with the ABT body kit, which consists of a new grille, side air vents, bumpers and side skirts. It’s also got massive ABT wheels on.
ABT can tune every engine Audi offers, and this AS5 is probably no exception. Patrick3331 who filmed this video says there’s no diesel available in Dubai, so this is a TFSI. If it’s the 2.0-liter turbo, it’s been boosted to 275 PS and if it started out as the S5 (it probably is), than they only removed the speed limiter and it still makes 354 PS. Either way, power is not important when you look so good.
