Earlier this month, rapper Kanye West received a rather expensive gift from his other half, Kim Kardashian. The present was a Lamborghini Aventador, which back then was had a normal paint job, gloss-black.
However, the car didn’t stay like that for long, as now it has been given the full matte-black treatment, to great success. The all-black car, with all-black rims and yellow calipers is simply a sight to behold. We honestly think that such an option should be offered as a factory mod, as we’re sure many Aventador buyers will opt for a matte paint job.
To us, the matte finish highlights the Italian supercar’s complex shapes, edges and styling cues even better than the glossy finish. Would be nice to see Kanye’s matte Aventador with some tasteful aftermarket rims, to really set it apart, as the factory ones aren’t Lamborghini’s best effort to date.
