Youtube AlexSmolik yesterday filmed this very interesting estate version of the Maserati Quattroporte at the Modena Tracdays 2013, held at the Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium. Wait, what? But Maserati has never made this type of car, have they?
Well no, they haven't, because this isn't made by Maserati, it's made by Touring Superleggera. Only 4 were ever put tohether and this one was built to order for Dr. Carlo Bonomi, the former president of Ducati. IT was sold at auction during RM's Villa Erba event in May and exchanged hands for €117,600.

It's powered by a 4.2-liter V8 producing 395 horsepower and is actually a shooting brake in the true sense of the word, being equipped with a gun rack and a rear dog barrier. After you're done killing wild bears, you can call your wife on the built-in phone and celebrate with champagne from the cooler.

It's nice to new owner of the car is putting it to good use.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
