The first car Marussia Motors produced, the Marussia B1 was a decent looking and performing car which never really sold as its creators intended. However, Marussia are back with a new (and substantially better-looking) car, the B2.
Apparently, they have sold their entire production run of 500 units and are moving production to Uusikaupunki in Finland, at the Valmet factory, in order to meet the growing demand for the Russian supercar. The B2 is powered by a Cosworth-sourced 3.5-liter V6 with power outputs ranging from 300-hp to 420-hp. The new car will share production lines with the Fisker Karma, another very left-field option for buying an expensive car.
We think the striking new Marusia B2 deserves a look if you’re in the market for a new supercar to add to your garage. Design-wise, there’s nothing out there quite like it.
