Those of you who are tuned into our go-fast machine spotting tales are well aware of the supercar spec game tag we use when bringing such toys to you. Well, SUVs rarely qualify for this tag, but we're here for one of the exceptions, namely a Lamborghini Urus.
The Urus that brought us here comes dressed in Marrone Alcestis, while featuring a black finish for the wheels. Speaking of which, the rims don't do a very good job at concealing the orange brake calipers.
And while the spec obviously highlits the lavish side of the Raging Bull, one might also think of pumpkin spice latte when checking out this Sant'Agata Bolognese machine.
It's worth noting that, when talking about the styling of the Urus, the Italian automotive producer doesn't focus on the luxurious side of the car, constantly highlighting the dynamic aspects of the vehicle's design.
"The Urus is undoubtedly a Lamborghini, taking cues from the LM002 as well as the super sports cars that are fundamental to Lamborghini heritage: the Urus has outstanding proportions, adopting the two-thirds body, one-third window ratio of Lamborghini super sports cars.The Lamborghini Urus is a Lamborghini with luxurious space for up to five occupants. Its short overhangs communicate its strength, muscularity, dynamically assertive character and commanding road position," the company tells us.
And yet, as we mentioned above, the spec sitting in front of us allows the luxurious side of the 650 hp toy to stand out. Speaking of power, we'll remind you tuners have already started playing with the Lamborghini Urus, with 800 horsepower examples already being out there. And that kind of power has been achieved using minor mods, such as an ECU remap and a custom exhaust.
And while the stock Urus is a low-11s quarter-mile fighter, we can't wait to show you these massaged examples playing the 1/4-mile game in the ten-second range.
