The 2013 MotoGP world champion Marc Marquez reached the Super Final of the Superprestigio Dirt Track event at the Palau Saint Jordi indoor sporting arena, in the vicinity of Barcelona, Spain.
Even though he put up a great fight with AMA star rider Brad "The Bullet" Baker and led most of the laps in the first half of the race, Marquez came of his bike in the 7th lap, thus losing the battle.
Marquez was not injured and was of on his bike after the fall, but the super final was clearly a thing of the past. Braker and Marquez clashed multiple times through the laps they raced shoulder-to-shoulder and it appears that the Spaniard's fall was also caused by a contact between the two bikes.
