Mansory's Mercedes-AMG Geneva Booth Sees GLE63 Coupe Outgunning Their 730 HP GT

While Mansory has brought Ferrari or Rolls-Royce projects to this year's Geneva Motor Show, an important part of the tuner's displayed efforts were related to AMG machines.

Almost as if knowing their screaming body kits will make us file the custom cars under "overkill," Mansory has thrown in massive power upgrades to keep us interested. It's enough to observe the tuning company's Mercedes-AMG GLE63 Coupe is more powerful than their displayed Mercedes-AMG GT to raise an eyebrow.

To be more precise, a trip under the custom hood of this GLE will reveal the twin-turbo 5.5-liter V8 has been pushed all the way to 840 PS and lb-ft (1,150 Nm) of twist. So those who saw the 580 HP stock incarnation of the crossover-coupe as underpowered have now been given a solution.

Moving on to Mansory's Mercedes-AMG GT, the supercar delivers 730 hp, but the way in which the output premium was achieved is what impresses most. You see, the 220 extra horses were gained with the help of a mere ECU remap and a custom exhaust.

As a result, the custom supercar can complete the 0 to 62 mph sprint in 3.4 seconds and reach a maximum velocity of 205 mph (330 km/h).

When it comes to the third Affalterbach machine at the Mansory booth, we're dealing with a can't-miss-it G63 AMG. In terms of the tech goodies, Mansory's Gelandewagen uses the same upgrade as the GLE Coupe, albeit working with the G Wagon's power delivery setup, which, as you know, includes three manually locking differentials.

The novelty here is what can be regarded as a facelift for the tuner's G-Class program. To put things shortly, Mansory's G63 has now become even wider, while fresh carbon fiber pieces have been added to the vehicle. Too bad this looks a bit like the kind of result celebrities who turn to one too many cosmetic surgery episodes display.

Mansory's stand also included their Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe effort. Given the fact that the tuner has taken the S-Class Coupe platform to 972 hp, this is probably all you need to know about the machine.
