Mansory Rolls-Royce Wraith: Opulence, Geneva Has It

Sometime during the summer of 2010, the world was presented with the “Opulence, I has it” commercial (those of you who missed it have the clip below). We admit, it took us quite a while, but we did find the perfect car for the Russian guy in the ad. We are talking about the Mansory Rolls-Royce Wraith.

We’ve already discussed the Mansory Rolls-Royce Wraith and now we’re bringing you the live photos, fresh off the Geneva floor. Think about it, this thing is the perfect car for the opulence job.

Mansory’s makeover starts with a set of wheels (this kind of stuff always starts with the rims). The forged units come in a 22-inch size, being dressed in Vredestein 265/35 rubber. Actually, you can forget all of these details - it’s the multi-spoke design of the wheels and the unusual profile of the tires that bring the bling.

Then there’s the colour play. The Chrome finish used for the upper side of the Wraith’s body is mixed with a hue called Petrol Blue. Because petrol.

Underneath all this, we have a body kit, which consists of a front apron, air outlets for the front wings, side skirts, rear bumper, as well as roof spoiler. Oh wait, there’s a second spoiler, a lip unit placed on the boot lid. The parts are made of carbon fiber, taking the Wraith’s weight from the stock 5,200 lbs (2,360 kg) to something closer to a MotoGP bike.

Carbon fiber has also found its way inside the car, where it accompanies Piano Black trimming. As for the finish, Beige and Blue leather are the materials of choice. The stock pedals must’ve been all wrong, so Mansory units are now proudly displayed at the driver’s feet.

We’ll be serious for a paragraph or two, telling you that Mansory also upgraded the Wraith’s twin-turbo V12 6.6-liter engine. The unit was taken 108 hp and 200 Nm (147 lb-ft) higher, so it now delivers 740 hp and a nicely rounded torque figure of 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft).

With the extra muscle, the coupe leaves the 100 km/h (62 mph) mark behind in 4.4 seconds, which makes it 0.2 seconds quicker than the stock model. Of course, the rest of the acceleration figures are also boosted, but Mansory didn’t get into the details of this. Moreover, the 250 km/h (150 mph) electronic speed limiter has been touched, which means the Wraith can now hit a cool 300 km/h (186 mph).
