Back in December last year, we showed you Mansory’s vision of how the 2011 Porsche Cayenne should be. Now, the tuner has released the full details of the project, along with a delicious photo gallery.
The SUV’s 4.8 liter turbocharged powerplant has been gifted with larger turbos, a stainless steel sport exhaust and an ECU remap, with the power and torque being increased to 690 hp and 800 Nm. The new output allows the vehicle to cover the 0 to 62 mph sprint in 4.4 seconds and offer a top speed of 300 km/h (184 mph).
The aftermarket developer has also installed an electronic lowering module for the air suspension which can bring the car 45 mm closer to the road. The Mansory Cayenne rides on 10x22-inch mono block rims that use a turbine design and are wrapped in 295/20 tires.
The vehicle wears a widebody carbon fiber armor that includes front and rear aprons, side skirts, bonnet or mudguards extending the vehicle by 60 mm in the front and 80 mm in the back, as well as a rear spoiler. As for the interior, this can be tailor-made to suit the customer’s needs, with the list of custom elements potentially going on for miles.
“Produced at the highest technical level, combined with masterly finishes and most precious materials – that is the quality targeted by MANSORY Switzerland for its Porsche Cayenne broad version. Harmonically designed aerodynamics components, ultra-light aluminum rims and powerful engine enhancements are the basis. High-quality accessories and stylish interior parts complete the choice,” state the press release.
