Lotus is currently working full-throttle to become a more important presence on the sports car market and the Brits have just made a new step, announcing that they have appointed Mansory as their official customization studio.
The Swiss tuner has already collaborated with Lotus for various special editions, most of which were based on the Evora GTE, such as the chrome-red Evora GTE by Swizz Beats you see pictured above.
Mansory will cover “bodywork, trim and special finishes” for Lotus cars, targeting the entire range: the Elise, the Exige and the Evora. The first fruit of this new partnership is set to appear at the Paris Motor Show in September.
“As the Official Lotus Customisation Studio, we amplify the existing options with harmonically designed aerodynamics and ultra-light aluminium rims. High-quality accessories and stylish interior fittings complete the Mansory assortment,” explained Kourosh Mansory, owner, Mansory Design and Holding GmbH.
