Surprising development in the case of the angry BMW E63 M6 owner that decided to sledgehammer a car in front of the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, in protest toward the Bavarian company.
According to Bild, Italian businessman and disappointed Bimmer owner, Pourmohseni Hadi, apparently rented the car that was destroyed in his protest and now has to return it in perfect condition, just as it was when it left the rental company's HQ.
Another interesting fact is reported by The Mirror regarding this mental case. According to the UK newspaper, it seems like BMW already offered to reimburse the man for the clutch and flywheel that he replaced on his car but he refused the offer.
Now, Pourmohseni claims that he will repair the car (this seems to prove that Bild was right) and it will smash it again, this time in front of the Parliament building in Berlin. This just goes to show that if you're crazy, nothing will calm you down. Since BMW already offered to compensate the man, the only reaction from Munich was a short statement saying: "We see no current need for action." We have to agree.
