Since its current owner John J. Boyle III bought it, more than $1 million were invested in custom Moroccan decor, but now he wants to sell it to somebody else. Since no new buyer has yet offered the full price, his business partner and luxury car dealership owner advised him to put in some salt and pepper.
For a small city that has a population of around 100,000 people, Boca Raton sure comes with some seriously luxurious mansions. According to Forbes, the city has three of the ten most expensive gated communities in the U.S. and it’s known for its affluent social community and high income demographic.

This considered, a $3.5- million mansion doesn’t even seem that expensive anymore (what?). After all we’re talking about a six-bedroom, seven-bath estate situated in the Islands at Boca West subdivision, an opulent home that had more than one million of dollars invested in custom Moroccan decor, which includes leopard print carpets and a chandelier inspired by the Taj Mahal.

The 10,000-square-foot home is set on a golf course, overlooks a lake and features at least 70 chandeliers, a theater dubbed the “I Dream of Genie” room and a stairway with walls covered in imitation roses.

Sounds too much?

Well, maybe the cars will convince you. The seller will throw in a Ferrari 360 Spider or a slant-nose, open-top Hummer H1 for free. That is, if you're willing to pay the $3,5 million asking price, of course.

We asked around and found that one of these 360 Spiders costs between $60,000 and $110,000 in decent conditions. That's about 1.7 to 3.1% of the value of the property.
