It's happening in China, and it's completely crazy! A passenger inside a bus darts towards the driver, grabs the wheel and spins it violently.
The trajectory of the bus is deviated and the vehicle cuts an incoming scooter. Only sheer luck saves the scooter rider from being hit head-on by the bus, eventually run over, and most likely, killed. It's impossible to determine what caused the passenger to veer the bus into the opposite lane, but I'm ever so glad to see that his insane act did not end up with a carnage.
With all the cameras, I'm pretty sure the chap will have to do quite a lot of explaining to do to the cops.
