While earlier today we brought you what has to be Canada's worst parking job ever, we're now back on the parking topic with something that acts as a painkiller (the Porsche getting tortured in the Canadian episode will need a ton of these).
We're talking about a parking job that sits at the opposite end of the coolness scale. This was delivered earlier today in the UK by drifter Mad Mike Whiddett.

Attending the Goodwood Festival of Speed, as he has for a few years now, the Aussie pro drifter demonstrated how turning your rear tires into clouds of smoke goes hand in hand with a neat parking maneuver.

Mike was doing his sideways thing on the Goodwood course, when he decided to interrupt an interview, grabbing everybody's attention with his park-sliding moves.

Fellow Red Bull athlete Andrew Jordan, as well as the reported and cameraman all focused on Mike's track exit. As a result, the interview went from Andrew's British Touring Car Championship activities to Mike's drifting in a blink of an eye.

Bewildering slip angle skill aside, with the kind of noise Mike's Mazda RX-8 drift car generates, it was impossible for his stunt not to steal the show.

After last year's partial Formula Drift attendance, Mike has gone for a full season in the US competition this year. And while he uses a Gen 2 Radbul Miata (the insanity of the beast is described here) in Formula D, the drifter turned to one of his previous Mazdas, the Badbul RX-8 for the Goodwood adventure.

With a 20B 3-rotor Wankel mill delivering up to 1,000 hp, the soundtrack of the JDM delight is simply outrageous, as you'll be able to notice in the clip below. And the sidewas stunt seens here is even more impressive when you conside the overly tight tarmac arena hosting the Festival of Speed.
