The C4 240 is yet another new bike from the old Belarusian manufacturer Minsk, now trying to make a comeback in the Eastern European moto markets.
Seemingly based on a less powerful version of the engine powering the M1nsk R250 fully-faired sport bike, the C4 250's 4-stroke mill delivers 19 hp, with the torque figure still unknown.
The transmission for this naked machine is a 5-speed one, and the top speed is supposed to be 110 km/h (68 mph). This air-cooled machine slows down by means of a triple-disc array, two for the front and one in the rear.
For a quarter-liter naked bike, the 155 kg (342 lbs) weight is a tad too much, so we suppose that the 16.5-liter (4.35 us gal) tank makes up for this.
The bike is manufactured by the Chinese makers Loncin, and we saw one online for just over $3,000 (€2,200).
