So as expected, here are some fresh pictures of the new 2013 Triumph Tiger 1050 Sport, the new British touring machine. As we reported earlier, the 1050 Sport brings 125 hp to the game and also comes with some extra torque.
The engine was left untouched and the extra juice comes from smarted exhaust management, coupled with a revised intake system. The Tiger 1050 Sport is expected to provide a better experience as it comes with a new single-sided swingarm, a new subframe for new, bigger panniers and adjustable suspensions with updated ABS.
Available starting March 2013 for a price we still have to find out, the 2013 Triumph Tiger 1050 Sport will be released in white and red.
We here took a careful look at the side cases and reckoned they don't look at all original, but come with too much inspiration from the old BMW ones, especially with the abrupt cut in the rear. We hope other panniers with more glorious design will be available, as the 2013 Triumph Tiger 1050 Sport looks awesome by itself.
