London Smash & Grab Biker Gang Caught and Convicted

London has become quite an interesting place when it comes to thefts involving motorcycles, and we have seen quite some stir lately. However, members of a gang operating in West End have been recently found guilty of no less than 46 charges. Aged 19-21, these guys, both male and female, have robbed numerous luxury stores in West End, but their odyssey came to an end.
Hitting stores such as Apple, Anya Hindmarch, Christian Dior, Loewe or Mulberry, the perpetrators managed to steal goods whose worth reaches over 1 million pounds, and that means $1.61 millions. The members of the gang have been using motorcycles as getaway vehicles.

Ridden skilfully, bikes were very hard to catch in the London traffic and even more, they could be hidden much easier thanks to their dimensions. However, the Police got wind of the place they were hiding their bikes as after a 3-month stakeout, the gang was apprehended, awaiting sentence on January 11.

Detective Sergeant Alan Stimson, from the Westminster Crime Squad claims the number of smash and grab crimes wet down with as much as 90%. Now it's quite clear who was responsible for all the break-ins, isn't it?
