Exciting news for road rally fans, as the Phoenix-built Rally Fighter will be joining the field of cars participating in the famous Gumball 3000. The event will start on May 25th and end on the 31st, covering the entire United States from New York to Los Angeles.
“This is a great opportunity for people who helped design and engineer this car to get to see it in person. Want to meet up and see it? We’ll make it happen – just get in touch,” says Buddy Crisp.
This Rally Fighter is driven by Romauld Clariond and sponsored by Discount Tire. Buddy and Adam of Local Motors will be following the Rally to meetup with community members and fans of the famous off-road racing kit car.
“Designed by a global open source community of car enthusiasts and built by customers in Phoenix, Arizona, the Rally Fighter is joining the ranks of the world's elite vehicles in the Gumball3000 cross-country rally,” Local Motors says.
