Live Action NFS: Hot Pursuit Trailer Features Pagani & Lamborghini

There is a new Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit trailer out there. The video is a live action high speed, adrenaline packed chase between a coupe of mouth watering supercars taking place on some twisting mountain roads.

The live action video features a chase between an orange Zonda Cinque, police issue Murcielago and Bell 206 helicopter through the Italian Alps. This is the sort of chase that is the stuff of little boy’s dreams. (and grown men’s as well, we admit).

The chase is actually the real life “incarnation” of the one in the E3 reveal trailer that got such great reactions, the NFS marketing team decided to redo it for the fans. In the trailer for the third trailer of the Hot Pursuit franchise we saw an epic chase whereby a Koenigsegg CCX, Pagani Zonda Cinque and McLaren MP4-12C are pursued by two Ford Shelby GT500s, a Bugatti Veyron, a Lamborghini Murcielago and a Bell 206 helicopter.

“Witness a never-seen-before live-action car chase between the Pagani Zonda Cinque and a Lamborghini Murcielago Interceptor. Gaming's greatest car chase starts now, are you ready to turn friends into frenemies? Powered by Autolog, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit delivers socially connected gameplay like no other racing game,” states the description of the video.

This will probably become the intro of the game, with the original Hot Pursuit also having a live action intro. Whatever the case, this is definitely a masterpiece, we should thank NFS for this awesome 2 minutes and 16 seconds. What can be scarier than a Lambo police car with spike-strips?
