Lindsay Lohan Is Back on the Roads, Drives a Mercedes SL550

After she crashed her Mercedes SL65 almost two years ago, paparazzi haven't seen Lindsay Lohan behind the wheel. Maybe she was just too shocked to assume the role of a driver again or maybe she was just treating her drug addiction in the meantime.

But now Lindsay Lohan is back in traffic and seems more ready than ever to show the paparazzi her new Mercedes. Oh yes, she bought another Mercedes (pretty unoriginal, right?), this time a SL550 and photos with the actress and her latest car acquisition arrived on celebritycarsblog.com.

We are delighted to see that Lindsay Lohan doesn't have problems with the money during the financial downturn. We also believe that she has fully recovered and that she's not going to be involved in another DUI incident because it would be such a shame for the awesome car.

For those who don't remember, the 22-year-old American actress, model and pop music singer was involved in an alarming number of car accidents in the past. Thus, she has  had a series of car accidents that have been widely reported, with minor crashes in August 2004, October 2005 and November 2006, when Lohan suffered minor injuries because a paparazzo who was following her for a photograph hit her car. So unlucky...

Yet, the icing on the cake is her accident in 2007 when Lohan lost control of her car and ran the vehicle up a curb. More importantly,  Beverly Hills police also found a "usable" amount of cocaine in her car and the police lab detected cocaine in her blood. Consequently, she was arrested and two days later, she entered the Promises Treatment Centers rehabilitation facility where she spent 45 days.
