Lindsay Lohan in Maserati Minor Crash

Even if she's not driving, it seems that Lindsay Lohan simply can not avoid car crashes. According to buzznet.com, the 22-year-old actress was quietly sitting in the passenger seat of her Maserati when the crash happened. Her assistant, who was driving, hit a Subaru, damaging the front left of the Maserati. The mess happened yesterday somewhere in Glendale, California. Fortunately, no one was hurt following the crash.

However, this minor car crash comes just a week after an arrest warrant was issued by Beverly Hills police regarding her 2007 DUI arrest. The warrant was issued after police believed that Lindsay skipped three compulsory alcohol counseling sessions. Yet, her lawyer claims it was only a misunderstanding.

As we have already told you, Lindsay Lohan is no stranger to car crashes.

As a matter of fact, the American actress, model and pop music singer was involved in an alarming number of car accidents in the past. She had a series of car accidents that were widely reported, with minor crashes in August 2004, October 2005 and November 2006, when Lohan suffered minor injuries because a paparazzo who was following her for a photograph hit her car.

Nevertheless, none of the aforementioned car accidents was as controversial as the one she had in 2007 when she lost control of her car and ran the vehicle up a curb. More importantly, Beverly Hills police also found a "usable" amount of cocaine in her car and the police lab detected cocaine in her blood.

More recently, Lindsay admitted she was concerned for her future after struggling to find work in recent years.

"It's scary when you realize, "Oh my God, I'm not working. I have a house to pay for now," she confessed.

Well, this is one of the moments when you come to realize that life of a star is not all roses...
