Lincoln Introduces MKS Livery Sedan

Detroit-based company Lincoln has announced that the 2013 MKS sedan will be offered as part of its already wide Livery lineup.

Apparently unhappy with Livery companies preferring Toyota and Cadillac sedans over the MKT Town Car, Lincoln decided to come up with a "sedan offering to complement the MKT Town Cars".

Set to provide superior rear seat legroom, large trunk capacity and extensive warranty, the MKS Livery sedan will be offered in three different packages, an optional AWD, and as stretched wheelbase version (four to six inches) for fleet operators.

"In meeting with our livery partners, we recognize that there remains a segment of the market that wants to provide their clients a sedan offering to complement the MKT Town Cars in their fleet," said Craig Hall, manager of Lincoln’s Limousine/Livery program.

"The devotion to the former Town Car Exec L sedan left a sizable client base who wants a Lincoln Livery sedan larger than the MKZ Hybrid," Hall added. "We are responding directly to the wants of our customers with the introduction of the MKS Livery sedan."

The 2013 Lincoln MKS Livery sedan will go on sale later this year with prices starting from $43,865 MSRP. The $3,000 fleet discount incentive will be available on the MKS sedan as well, including a four-year/150,000-mile extended service plan.
