Limited Slip Differential Coming to the 2014 BMW M235i

Earlier this year, at a press conference in Portugal, BMW launched the 4 Series Coupe and its adjacent M Performance Parts range. At that event, the officials announced that the new 4er will benefit from a Limited Slip Differential as an optional retrofit part.

At the same time, they also announced that, if the reception of this new optional feature will be good enough, the LSD will make its way on other models in the future. Well, today is the future and the M235i was announced to be available with the coveted part.

That means that the 2 Series Coupe M Performance model will benefit from a 30 percent lockup at the back when using the LSD. The worst thing about it, though, is that it will be available only as a retrofit part but I think we can manage.

With all the new info on the 2 Series coming out these days, how do you feel about BMW's new Coupe? Is it good enough?
