Limited Edition 2010 MV Agusta F4CC Unveiled

After the recently revealed 2010 MV Agusta Brutale 990R and 1090RR models, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer strikes again with another piece of jewelry, only this time with a limited edition F4CC superbike machine, which has its initials from Claudio Castiglioni, the company’s Managing Director. There will only be 100 units selling worldwide (with only one available in the UK), each of them hand-built using special and exotic materials just about everywhere. The fairing is 100 percent carbon-fiber, while the tailor-made filler cap comes from the aero industry. The instrument panel has customised graphics and the all-black seat is made from the exclusive Alcantara material, just like the one used in supercars by Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati. The bike’s frame is made from chrome molybdenum, while the swing arm and frame plates are superlight magnesium. Furthermore, the intake and the exhaust valves are still radial, unique to MV Agusta, only this time are made of titanium and the intake valves are 2 mm bigger. According to the Italian manufacturer, “not one item is made using traditional industrial methods.” The new valve gear and valve seats are made by Del West, while the lower radiator, the four racing exhausts, as well as all the protective meshes at the intake ducts and outlets at the tail are made from titanium. The motorcycle, priced at £49,999 ($79,999), also comes with a limited edition Swiss made chronograph by Girard Perregaux (only 100 produced) together with an exclusive limited edition leather jacket by top Italian designer Trussardi and a boxed certificate of origin. 2010 MV Agusta F4CC technical features:
