I'm seriously considering making a doctor's appointment. I'm displaying several symptoms, which I have never encountered before, and the diagnosis might be serious. I keep spending hours in a row looking at trucks that are up for sale. I keep watching videos of massive trucks just driving around. And lately, I'm starting to develop an obsession for trucks that ride on six wheels. I think I may be down with a serious case of truck-a-titis.
And this video just made things worse. You don't even have to own a boat or a trailer to consider purchasing a big truck like this one. Just the thought of being able to tow up to 30,000 lbs (13,607 kg), depending on the powertrain option, is enough to have you dream of the possibilities. It's never going to be particularly fast, but there will be few places that you won't be able to access when you're driving this truck.

The 3500 shown in this video is a 2017 model, with the air ride option on it. As Cole, the CJC Off Road reviewer, points out, these trucks have had their fair share of complaints when it comes to ride quality. The owner of the truck had a very clear vision on how the build should progress, and that vision included better driveability, more stability under towing conditions, and, of course, an overall special look for his prized possession.

According to the reviewer, Carli Suspension is the only company on the market that provides a solution specifically engineered for these trucks. With their air-assist Pintop 2.5 system, the truck will sit 3 inches (76 mm) to 3.5 inches (89 mm) higher in the front, depending on the type of cab, and will provide 50% more suspension travel than the factory platform. This Ram 3500 uses King Shocks front and rear, which were tuned not only for off-road usage but also for increased towing stability.

We get to see the mighty Ram drive down the street, and we also get a remarkable glimpse of it taking on the trails, proving its capability to tackle any type of terrain. The murdered-out look was completed by installing Fuel Blitz D675 off-road wheels wrapped in Toyo 37/12.50-20, R/T tires, which should provide adequate grip levels when the going gets tough.
