While yesterday we showed you a rendering of a Mclaren 650S gifted with a Liberty Walk kit that came from the Japanese tuner's Instagram account, we are now back on the topic, as we have a new rendering for you.
The fresh image, which you can find above, doesn't come from the aftermarket specialist, having been released by 1013MM.

However, the source of the image is of lesser importance, since the one posted by Liberty Walk is a clear sign of the fact that Woking machines will soon start receiving these widebody kits.

You'd better be prepared for the wave of kits that's coming our way

Saying the Liberty Walk kits are opinion splitters is an understatement, so adding a new brand to the portfolio will only bring extra controversy.

Those of you who haven't been keeping track of the aftermarket specialist's progress should know that Liberty Walk has seen its business boom over the last few years.

This is a project run by Wataru Kato, with the kits having already reached supercars such as Ferraris and Lamborghinis. And while installing them requires cutting into the fenders of the car, certain owners don't seem to have an issue with this.

And when we say that, we're referring to people who drive contemporary Maranello and Sant'Agata Bolognese models, such as the 458 and the Aventador.

Then again, once the Liberty Walk frenzy hits McLarens, cases such as the one where a 650LT owner came across a nearly identical supercar during a Caffeine and Octane event might just be avoided.

Tuning supercars isn't anything new, but the new heights achieved with the help of the world wide web means that we'll be dealing with more and more of these contraptions. So, for your own automotive peace and quiet, you'd better not judge these contraptions.
