The first thing checked by technicians is the condition of the 400V “traction” battery, which is separated from the 12V starter one. Next comes the fuel consumption to ensure that the gasoline engine and the electric motor are working together correctly. Finally, the hybrid cooling systems are given a check to make sure the system works at the temperature it was designed to.
It’s best to schedule such a check each year to make sure everything works fine and spot eventual damage.
