The first Lexus LF-LC concept, first shown at the Detroit Auto Show, back in January, was one of the stars of that show, with people flocking to see its very nicely designed-yet-futuristic lines. Now, though, Lexus will be adding a powertrain (the first car lacked it altogether), as well as making some modifications to the concept, as it has been tipped to be shown at the Sydney Motor Show, set to take place from October 19 to 28.
According to Lexus Australia Chief Executive, Tony Cram, "The Lexus concept is an absolutely stunning vehicle and is set to be one of the drawcards of the show [. . .] The concept will highlight Lexus' design and engineering expertise - marrying design with function to deliver a glimpse into the future of supercars."

About the aforementioned powertrain, not much is known, aside from the fact that it has “more than 370 kW”, which equates to around 500 hp. We say that a hybrid gasoline/electric hybrid system such as the one used in LF-LC, which is connected to an all-wheel drive system will make this car Lexus’ equivalent of a Nissan GT-R - only greener!
