Lexus reported sales of 19,522 units in September this year, representing a 4.1 percent increase on a DSR basis and a 4.2 percent decrease on a row volume basis compared to the same period of last year.
The 2014 Lexus IS model saw one of its best selling months, going up with more than 42 percent, while the LS sold 36 percent more vehicles than September 2012.
"September was another good IS month, along with continued healthy year to date results for RX, ES and LS," said Jeff Bracken, Lexus group vice president and general manager. "Additionally, we anticipate a strong final quarter pace to close out the 2013 calendar year."
The RX crossover’s sales went up 8 percent this month, scoring 7,601 units while the ES made 4,866 owners happy.
