Lexus IS 300h received its Easter gifts earlier in the UK, and they're all about new equipment topping up the Luxury trim level. No sign of a facelift yet, but who knows what the future might hold.
Anyway, please shake hands with the Lexus IS 300h Advance sports saloon, an attempt to enhance the Luxury grade already offered by the Japanese brand for its hybrid model.

By now, you might be interested in what the Advance pack has to offer so let's get straight to it. The new equipment level takes the existing Luxury grade as a starting point, but clients will receive more goodies.

So, besides front and rear parking sensors, 17-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone climate control and cruise control, the Advance level introduces "a wealth of additional premium equipment features" as Lexus puts it.

And by that we mean the Lexus Navigation system, leather upholstery, heated/ventilated electrically adjustable front seats, auto-dimming rear-view mirror and a reverse video camera.

Other than this, Lexus will offer "more than £3,000 (€4,101/$4,440) of 'complimentary' value to the customer in comparison to the Luxury grade". As a result, the on-the-road-price (which customers pay before when rolling the car out of showroom) now stands at £31,495 (€43,055 / $46,614).

This sales-boosting strategy also touches the F-Sport grade, which becomes £1,000 (€1,367 / $1,480) cheaper than before. In addition, Lexus will offer potential customers the possibility of choosing a personal contract purchase plan. The PCP is available through Lexus Connect and offers monthly payments from £319 (€436 / $472) starting April 1st, 2015.
