Lexus RC F GT500 Looks Menacing Even in Bright Orange

There’s no way to put it differently. Whatever color you’ll fit the Lexus RC F it will still look mad as hell. That unless its pink of course.

As expected, the racecar version is even crazier and here we have the GT500 class version, running the Super GT cup in Japan. We’ve seen this car also in black, which makes it look like hell’s spawn, but orange makes it better because it highlights all its lines and shapes.

The outer shell of the GT500 model is based on the stock RC F, but it’s lightweight and comes with an air splitter at the front along with quarter fins, flared fenders to house beefier wheels, a massive air diffuser at the back and a huge air wing mounted on the trunk, while underneath lies a tubular frame.

But unless the road going coupe, the RC F GT500 is powered by a 2-liter turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engine which is set to match the V8’s power output, which is known to be over 450 hp.

Currently, there are six teams that are using this type of vehicle in the GT500 series - ZENT CERUMO, LEMANS ENEOS, WEDSPORTS BANDOH, PETRONAS TOM’S, KeerPer TOM’S and SARD.
