It’s pretty sad the Lexus RC F doesn’t come in the same configurations on all markets. For example, in the US, you can’t have a carbon fiber roof, despite the fact it’s offered on the Carbon version in the UK along with a matching hood and rear spoiler. This is also offered in Japan and among these, they also got a special interior trimming on the list too.
I played with a few configurators on different markets and no matter what you tick, this solar flare orange with black interior theme won’t be available if you’re not configuring a JDM model.
That's really sad because a Solar Flare exterior is crazy enough to be matched by similar interior accents, instead of black and some contrasting stitches. There’s that Rioja Red, but it doesn’t chromatically fit well with an orange exterior.
White creates the same effect, so your only decent interior setup will be black if you went for the deep orange exterior finish. But who knows, maybe it will have success and other markets will adopt the special theme.
By the way, Lexus Japan already registered 900 RC F orders, which is about 30 times their estimated monthly sales, or two years of RC F sales happening in one month.
