Lexus NX Unofficially Displayed in the UK Ahead October Debut

If you can’t wait to see the all-new Lexus NX crossover in flesh and bone, you’ll actually have a chance to do so if you’re living in the UK. The NX can be seen prior to its official fall debut at the Royal Horticultural Society’s Hampton Court Palace Flower Show this week.

The luxury wide-mouthed crossover can be admired until July 13th as part of the Quiet Mark Treehouse and Garden event by John Lewis. We can’t really tell what the cold-blooded NX is doing around a flower show, but Lexus says they are doing this to extent their relationship with Quiet Mark, which encourages the design of high-performance quiet technology.

This means that on display you’ll find the NX 300h F Sport, which is powered by a 2.5-liter Atkinson cycle gasoline engine bolted to an eCVT making a total of 223 hp. Basically, its the same hybrid powertrain you get in the IS compact sedan.

To find the NX faster, search for stand E165 at the show there and if they let you inside the vehicle, don’t forget to test out the two newest Lexus features that debut along with the NX - the Qi wireless phone charger located in the central console, as well as the new Remote Touch Interface, which grants laptop-touchpad-like ease of access to control the infotainment system.
