Last time we talked about a Lexus F sedan was when we took a look at some spyshots that were showing the upcoming GS F almost naked and apparently production ready. Now here comes Lexus with two intriguing teaser images to stir up the things even more.
Lexus just released two teasers saying it’s about to “add a second vehicle to its growing stable of high performance models”. Well, that could mean actually two F sedans if you ask us.
First, which is most probably, Lexus is talking here about the GS F. We know for sure they were testing it for quite some time and should perfectly fit the range as a bigger version of the RC F coupe.
The only problem with these teasers is the fact that those LED headlights look like nothing that could scream GS. So either the automaker's redesigned much of the front fascia of the GS to make it a proper F, case which is more expensive for them, or this is something else.
The IS F also makes sense because the old generation goes out of production and the company needs something to offer as a BMW M3 Sedan fighter.
It’s really hard to tell which one of them will be unveiled next year at the Detroit Motor Show on January 13th judging only by some headlights and a few vents. But what we can telly you is the fact that whatever car it’ll be revealed, under the hood you’ll find the 5-liter V8 from the RC F, cranking either less or more than 467 hp.

Compact performance sedan?
The other case could be an all new IS F sedan, which seems to better fit the physiognomy detailed in the photos here, having thinner headlights and the L-shaped daytime running lights already separated from the main optic blocks.The IS F also makes sense because the old generation goes out of production and the company needs something to offer as a BMW M3 Sedan fighter.
