Th LX 570 remains the biggest SUV in Lexus' lineup, and it has some old-school charm you can't get with an RX. If you buy one of these instead of the usual G-Wagon or Range Rover, you are a very creative man.

Most of the body has been wrapped in satin black. However, they've left the spindle grille as it was. We think it looks just as sinister as Darth Vader's helmet was when we first saw him back in the 1977 Episode IV.

The customizers also set about painting all the chrome parts, even the ones that were out of reach. Like the kit of a navy seal, nothing rattles, and nothing shines on the RX.

Once all that was finished, they bolted on a set of custom Vossen Forged VPS-302 wheels measuring 22x10-inch finished in gloss black. Even though they are large, the imposing stature of the luxury 4x4 makes them look undersized. Lastly, we see that red Brembo brake calipers and ventilated rotors have been fitted.

The new LX 570 made its debut at Pebble Beach last year. In true flagship fashion, this truck refuses to downsize and uses a naturally aspirated 5.7-liter V8 good for 377 horsepower at 5,600 rpm and 534 Nm (394lb-ft) of torque at 3,200 rpm. It still rides on a separate frame, but the engineers used the brakes instead of mechanical differentials for the all-wheel drive to reduce weight.

The front looks totally different, as designers have installed a one-piece spindle grille, surrounded by satin chrome trim and complemented by distinctive new standard LED headlights, dynamic turn signals, and fog lights. Inside, the biggest addition is the new 12.3-inch display with Remote Touch Interface (RTI) and menu shortcut buttons on the sides.

Like on a Range Rover, the screen can be split into three sections to show different functions, such as navigation, audio and climate control information. Basically, everything looks like it belongs on the GS, including the mouse controller and the safety ensemble.
